Happy Friday, fellow card makers and crafters!! I hope you’ve had a great week!!
I love the layering stencil trend right now, but sometimes I just NEED to color!! I actually stamped this out and colored it during the Super Bowl!! I used to be a die-hard football fan (back when the Rams were still in STL…don’t get me started. LOL!). We even had season tickets for several years. Although I was rooting for KC, I wasn’t glued to the television…ha!!

I began by stamping the beautiful Coming Up Poppies Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Caviar Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out. I went in with a yellow gel pen to brighten up the stamen.

For the background, I die-cut the Quilted Coverplate A2 Die from white cardstock and layered it over a panel of red cardstock.

I stamped the Easy Expressions Thanks Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Valentine Red and Noir Ink, then cut them out with the Coordinating Die. I popped it up with foam adhesive and sprinkled on a trio of Red Gem Rhinestones to finish off the card.

That’ll do it for me today!! Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
Beautiful card. Love your coloring
