Hello – Grouped Layering Stamps & Dies

Hello and happy Monday!! I hope you had a great weekend!! We got a little snow here in the Midwest and it is extremely COLD!! I don’t know about you, but once Christmas is over, I’m done with winter!! I thought I would create a card with spring colors to brighten the mood a little!

I began by stamping all of the grouped layering stamps onto white cardstock. Ditsy Bits was stamped with Hollywood Star, Cosmopolitan Pink, Beach Blondie, Amber Citrine and Soft Garden inks. The Eucalyptus stamp set was stamped using Caribbean Turquoise and Hot Tourmaline and the Fancy Foliage with Soft Garden and Bright Fern. I die-cut the stamped images with the Ditsy Bits, Eucalyptus and Fancy Foliage coordinating dies.

I die-cut the background from white cardstock using the Quilted A2 Coverplate Die and layered it over a panel of yellow cardstock. I cut the scalloped border from white cardstock with a die from the Slimline Border Dies and popped it up on the left side with foam adhesive.

I adhered the stamped die-cuts along the left side, over the scalloped border and trimmed the excess off the edge. The sentiment was stamped onto white cardstock with Hollywood Star and Cosmopolitan Pink inks using the Ribbons General stamp set, then cut out with the Coordinating Dies. It was also popped up with foam tape. A few Glass Slipper Sequins finish off the card.

Thank you so much for hanging out with me today!! Have a great week and stay warm!!

Brenda
