Happy Friday, friends!! Brenda here with you today!! If you know me, you know that I LOVE sunflowers!! I love them all year long, but especially in the fall!! The Single Sunflower Layering Stencil Set makes such a statement on its own, but I’ve paired it with the Cascade Bits Stencils to add a bit of color to my card today!!

I started by die-cutting the Single Sunflower Die from white cardstock and stenciling it with the Single Sunflower Layering Stencils. I used Lemon Drop, Amber Citrine, Found Topaz and Spiced Chai for the petals; Aspen Cocoa, Dark Roast and Noir for the center of the flower and Meadow and Everglade Moss for the stem and leaves. I added dots to the center of the sunflower with a yellow gel pen.
The Cascade Bits Stencils were blended onto white cardstock with Periwinkle, Miami Cool (I think I had some residual blue ink on my brush) and Everglade Moss inks. They were cut out with the Coordinating Die.

For the background, I die-cut the Single Plaid Die from white cardstock and layered it over a white A2 card base. It was splattered with diluted Amber Citrine ink and a paint brush. Once dry, the floral die-cuts were arranged and adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Easy Expressions: Thanks Stamp Set. It was stamped with Amber Citrine and Noir inks, cut out with the Coordinating Die, then popped up with foam tape. Sky Blue Opaque Rhinestones add a bit of sparkle and finish off the card.

That does it for me today!! Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
