Hello, friends and happy Friday!! Brenda here with a bright “hello” card featuring the Single Sunflower Stencil Set and Coordinating Dies in an unexpected color!!

I began by die-cutting the Single Sunflower Die from white cardstock. I used my Grip Mat to hold the die-cut and the Single Sunflower Stencils in place while I blended the inks onto the die-cut. I used Soft Orchid, Dolled Up, Deep Peony, Pink Derby, Vanilla Frosted Cupcake, Beach Blondie, Amber Citrine, Soft Garden and Spring Salad inks.

For the background, I die-cut the Diamond Quilted A2 Coverplate from white cardstock. The second largest frame in the Inner Scallop Nested Die Set was cut from light orchid cardstock and adhered to the center of the background using liquid glue, along with the sunflower.

The sentiment, from the Ribbons General Stamp Set, was stamped with Dolled Up and Pink Derby, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with little bits of foam tape. A sprinkling of Bright Yellow Opaque Gems finishes off the card and adds a bit of shine.
