Postage Autumn

Hi friends. Vera here and today I am sharing a duo I made using the newly released Postage Autumns Layering Stencil.

Start by die cutting the postage panel. Then simply inked up the stencil. For the pumpkins I used these ink pads: Beach Blondie, Coralline, Dolled Up, Matcha and Spring Salad. For the wagon I used Found Topaz and Spiced Chai. For the background color am using Hot Tourmaline & Azurite. Done with the stenciling, layered up the postage panel with colored cardstock and then adhere it to card base. For the sentiment I used one of the sentiment from Rose Labels set, stamped with Smoky Quartz. This is definitely my go when I need quick sentiment. Oh yes, just for kick, I decided to add the snail from Not A Bill set.

Done with the first card, I made the card below, just because I had too much fun stenciling. πŸ™‚

Same step as before and just changing the color scheme a bit. I used Soft Amethyst for the background color. I actually already done with the cards when I thought ah, I should have splattered some paints for added interest. Since I didn’t want the colored cardstock to get ink splatter, I just added some dots to the cards using fine tip pen.

Friends, I hope you enjoy today’s duo and hopefully in my little way I am inspiring you to get crafty. That’s all I have for today and may your week be a great one. Cheers.
