Hi peeps. Vera here. Today I am showcasing Postage Cherry Blossoms Layering Stencil. I was lucky that I was able to experience cherry blossoms first hand in Japan this past spring and it truly was an experience I won’t forget. So, when I got this set, I am more than delighted to play with it.
To start, I die cut a cardstock panel using Postage Party die. Then using the Grip Mat to hold the panel and the stencil, I colored each layer with Orchid Crush, Grand Fuchsia for the flower, Matcha for the leaves, Spiced Chai for the tree branch and Hot Tourmaline for the background behind the large bloom.
Finish by adding sentiment from Not A Bill set. Well, I had fun creating with this set that I decided to make an extra set. Pretty much same step, except this time I decided to color the background on each postage block with light teal Copic markers.
I hope you enjoy today’s cards and that somehow in my own little way I was able to inspire you to get crafty. May your week starts off with something that make you smile. Till next time friends.

Beautiful card, Vera. I love cherry blossoms. I can see why they inspired you. I missed the stencil at the Expo but will have to add this to my wishlist.
By the way, in what month did you go to Japan? We are going in 2026 to the Philippines for a wedding and are trying to figure out if we should see Japan before or after the wedding.
Thanks for beautiful works of art.

We went early April & got lucky that the cherry blossoms were a bit late this year (usually they peak at end of March), that when we were there we get to enjoy the blossoms at their peak. Email me at wirianta@hotmail.com and I can give you more details.
