Happy Thanksgiving

Hi friends. Vera here. As we just celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, here in the States, I thought this is the perfect excuse for me to get older set out and give them some love. For today’s card I am showcasing Autumn Coloring Bits. I know, it’s a day late for Thanksgiving card, but hey, better late than never, right?

I love that with just 1 time stamping I can get a bunch of images ready for coloring and actually as I typed this post I just thought, hey I should have made a wreath with this set. Hope I can remember this idea for next time. Hah… For now, this is what I have. Once I stamped the images, I just went to towncoloring them with Copic markers and then die cut it with Autumn Coloring Bits Coordinating die.

Then, I simply arranged all the pieces. Easy peasy. And finish by stamping the sentiment and added some Pale Orange Opaque Rhinestones.

Oh yes, I added line on each side of the sentiment, just because it feels like it needed it. Anyway, I was going to make a different card since literally Thanksgiving already passed by the time this post goes up, but life throw a curve ball. I found out that my aunt is making Christmas goody bags for her daughter’s whole squadron, so I can’t help but offer to make some tags to be included with the goody bags. So, from Wednesday night and all day Thursday I’ve been making tags, like around 200 of them. LOL, I told hubby felt like I just finished a card making marathon. Hah! Well peeps, that’s all from me today. BTW, don’t forget to check The Ton shop for some great Black Friday deals. Happy shopping!

I’m wondering why everyone is using pastel spring colors for fall and winter cards. For me, the card would be cute if the colors were more fall colors instead of spring colors.
