Slimline Hibiscus card

Hello, everyone! Anna here with a summer flower card, I made using Lovely Hibiscus Layering Dies.

I cut out all layers of hibiscus from white cardstock and did ink blending with inks. For red flower I used Soft Garnet, Red Sangria and Wine inks. For yellow hibiscus, I used Beach Blondie, Peach Blossom and Coral Cavern. The leaves were colored in Matcha and Spring Salad. And the stamens were colored with Amber Citrine ink.

To make the background, I ink blended Raw Sea Glass on a white cardstock slimline card base. Next, I cut out a white cardstock panel using Long Stripes Coverplate Die and adhered it on the card base.

I stamped the sentiment from Easy Expressions Birthday stamp set in Noir (but “Birthday” was glitter gold heat embossed) and cut it out with Easy Expressions Birthday Coordinating Die. To embellish the card, I added a few gems from Rhinestones Mixed – Crystal Clear Rainbow and Rhinestones Mixed – Pale Yellow Opaque.

Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!

Anna

    Hi,
This is GORGEOUS!! I just love it! Did you realize that you spelled “hibiscus” with a “g” in the title of the post? TFS –
