Poinsettia Cards & Envelopes

Hello friends!! I hope you’re having a great week!!

I have a couple of poinsettia cards with matching envelopes to share with you today!! They combine many of the fabulous goodies from the newest release!!

I began by stamping all of my grouped layering stamps onto white cardstock. For the poinsettias in the Dashing Poinsettias and Pleasing Poinsettias, I used Soft Garnet, Red Sangria and Valentine Red Inks. I gold heat embossed the centers of the poinsettias. For the leaves in those sets and the Holly Bits, I used Meadow, Evergreen and Everglade Moss. The berries in Holly Bits were stamped in Soft Garnet and Valentine Red. The Dashing Poinsettias, Pleasing Poinsettias and Holly Bits Coordinating Dies were used to cut all of the stamped images out and they were set aside.

For the backgrounds, I gold heat embossed the Confetti Shapes Squares and Confetti Shapes Circles onto white cardstock, then cut them out with the Confetti Shapes Squares and Confetti Shapes Circles Coordinating Dies. I arranged and adhered them to a white top-folding card base. The poinsettias, leaves and holly die-cuts were adhered the to the card base, as well.

For the sentiments, I gold heat embossed the This Year Mini Sentiment and Styled Christmas Sentiments stamps onto white cardstock. I used the This Year Mini Sentiment and Styled Christmas Sentiments Coordinating Dies to cut them out, then popped them up with foam adhesive onto the front of my cards.

The coordinating envelopes were stamped with the Poinsettia Mail Stamp Set. One was stamped in Red Sangria Ink and the other was gold heat embossed.

I really love how all of these products work together!!

Thanks so much for dropping by today!! Have a great Thursday!!

Brenda
