Floral Bits + Postage Party Die

Hello and happy Friday everyone! It’s TaeEun here today with a fun floral thank you card. I used the Postage Party die to get the small panels for the floral bits!

Since the Postage Party perforates the lines partitioning an A2 panel in six parts, I thought it would be fun to cut them off and rearrange them for my card. To embellish the small panels, I stamped the Floral Bits and placed the small floral clusters on each panel.

Floral Bits is a grouped layering stamp set. Using it, you can stamp multiple images at the same time and cut them all in one step using the coordinating die

The yellow flowers were stamped in Lemon Drop and Amber Citrine, the orange buds in Coralline hybrid ink. The pink flowers were stamped in Ballet Slippers, Hollywood Star, and Cosmopolitan Pink, and the blue ones in Arctic Sky, Cali Blue and Azurite.

The stems and leaves were stamped in Soft Garden and Bright Fern. The die cut flowers were set aside.

I cut a white panel using the Postage Party die and cut the small rectangles. To add some interest to the background, I ink blended the front of a Kraft cardbase irregularly in white and dry embossed it using the Single Plaid coverplate die

I arranged the small white rectangles as shown in the picture, placed them using foam tape to the card and added the small floral clusters to them also using some foam adhesives.

One of the postage rectangles was used for the sentiment from the Postage: Sentiments stamp set. I stamped each word of the sentiment in different colors : Dark Roast, Coralline hybrid, Azurite and Spring Salad

For some bling, I added one or two Rose Gold gems to each small panel and my card was done!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Wishing you a great weekend ahead!

TaeEun
