Pair of Postage Lighthouse Cards

Happy Monday, crafters!! Brenda here with a pair of postage lighthouse cards featuring the Postage: Lighthouse Day Add-On and Postage: Lighthouse Night Stencil Sets!!

For the night scene, I die-cut the Postage Party Die from white cardstock and stenciled the Postage: Lighthouse Night Stencils onto it using the following ink colors: True Navy, Beach Blondie, Crystal Pewter, Valentine Red, Smoky Quartz, Parisian Blue and Violet Fringe (layered over the Parisian Blue ink for a little extra contrast from the sky).

The Postage Panel Die was cut from red cardstock and adhered to the top of the stenciled panel. The second largest die in the Rectangle A2 Nested Die Set was cut from white cardstock and the largest die in the Double Stitched Rectangle A2 Nested Die Set was die-cut from navy cardstock. The panels were layered and adhered together with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the Easy Expressions: Just Because Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with Noir ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape.

The day scene was create much the same way, by die-cutting the Postage Party Die from white cardstock and stenciling the Postage: Lighthouse Day Add-On Stencil Set, along with the Postage: Lighthouse Night Set, onto it. I used Parisian Blue, Lemon Drop, Crystal Pewter, Spring Salad, Valentine Red, Smoky Quartz, and Violet Fringe for this one.

The second largest die in the Rectangle A2 Nested Die Set was cut from red cardstock. The largest Striped Edge Nested Die was cut from white cardstock. The layers were adhered together using liquid glue.

The sentiment is also from the Easy Expressions: Just Because Stamp Set & Coordinating Die. It was popped up with foam tape to finish this one off.

That does it for me today!! Thank you so much for spending part of your Monday with me!!

Brenda
