Merry Christmas – Winter Bear

Hello, fellow crafters and happy Friday!! Brenda here with a Christmas card featuring the adorable Winter Bear Layering Stencil Set!!

I started by stenciling the Winter Bear Stencils onto white cardstock. I used Soft Garden and Bright Fern inks for the background; Bubblegum for the ears and cheeks; Lipstick Red for the scarf and Noir for the eyes and nose. The panel was die-cut with the largest die in the Postage Nested Die Set. It was adhered to an A2 panel of dark pink cardstock the was die-cut with the Largest Rectangle A2 Nested Die.

The Mini Bells Layering Stencils were stenciled onto white cardstock with the same inks that I used on the bear, plus Vanilla Frosted Cupcake, Beach Blondie and Amber Citrine. The Mini Bells Coordinating Die was used to cut it out. It was adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the Ribbons Holiday Layering Stencils, was stenciled onto white cardstock with Bubblegum and Lipstick Red inks. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape. I stamped “Christmas”, from the Ribbons Holiday Stamp Set, onto white cardstock with Bright Fern ink and trimmed it into a narrow banner. It was also popped up with foam adhesive.
