Let It Snow

Happy Friday, crafty friends!! Hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend!! Brenda here with a monochromatic card with a wintery mix of lots of snowflakes!! I love snowflakes on my cards, but not so much in real life!!

I began by white heat embossing the sentiment from the Good Tidings Sentiment Stamp Set and the snowflakes from the Blizzard Hugs Stamp Set onto two separate panels of blue cardstock. I used the Good Tidings Sentiment Coordinating Die to cut out the sentiment and the second largest die in the Rectangle A2 Nested Die Set to cut out the snowflake panel. I blended Cali Blue and Parisian Blue around the outside of the panel, getting lighter as I blended toward the center. The panel was adhered to an A2 white card base.

Next, I die-cut the Rectangle A2 Frames Slim Borders Coverplate Die and the snowflakes from the Blizzard Hugs Die Set from white cardstock, then adhered one of the frames and the snowflakes with liquid glue.

The sentiment die-cut was popped up in the center of the card and I added some Seafoam Opaque Rhinestones to the centers of the snowflakes to finish it off.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful weekend!!

Brenda
