Lush Plants

Hello and happy Friday everyone! It’s TaeEun here today sharing a greenery card I made using the Lush Plants stamp and die sets from our latest release.

I made a background pattern using the plants and placed a Jumbo Sentiment on the center of it.

To start off I stamped the plants from Lush Plants set two times on a white cardstock in Everglade Moss. I colored them using Copic markers and cut them all with the coordinating dies

I arranged the plants on a A2 panel and secured them with a piece of Press’n Seal. I placed the die for the Thanks from the Jumbo Sentiments set on the center of the arranged plants and cut it.

I adhered the pieces of plants which were cut with the Jumbo Sentiments die directly on a white cardbase. The pieces of the negative part were then foam mounted.

I gold heat embossed the sentiment on some vellum, cut it using the coordinating die and added it to the center of the card. “so very much” is also from the Jumbo Sentiments set. I stamped it in Noir and fussy cut it.

I finished off the card with a few Medallion Gold sequins.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Hope you got some inspiration for your next projects 🙂 !

Have a great weekend!

Mums Close Up

Hello and Happy Friday everyone! It’s TaeEun here today with a card featuring Mums CloseUp cling stamp! I CASEd one of my cards I posted here earlier 🙂 . If your Mojo is down CASEing your own project is a great way to get your groove back !

For the previous card I did no line watercoloring, this time I heat embossed the Mums CloseUp image in rose gold and watercolored the petals.

I heat embossed the Mums Close Up in rose gold on a Canson watercolor paper panel and watercolored it in pink and purple. I built up the watercolor layers making the base of the petals darker.  After the coloring of the flower was done I colored the background in Perylene violet and dark blue.

After the panel was dry I cut it with the second largest die from the Rectangle A2 Nested Dies set and cut the shape of the THANKS sentiment from the center of the colored panel using the Jumbo Sentiments coordinating die.

Next I foam mounted the colored panel on a white cardbase and placed the sentiment shape with two layers of foam tape.

The sentiment from the Jumbo Sentiments set was then heat embossed in rose gold on some vellum and cut using the coordinating die. I adhered the vellum on the raised sentiment shape of the card front. The small sentiment from the same stamp set was heat embossed in white on black.  I fussy cut it and added it to the card. To finish off I scattered a few Glass Slippers sequins

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Hope you enjoyed looking my card and got some inspiration for your upcoming project!

Have a great weekend!

Bonny Blooms

Hello and Happy Friday everyone! It’s TaeEun here today with a floral card in a semi-CAS look 🙂 .
I created a floral background using Bonny Blooms set and raised the Jumbo sentiment in the center of it as a main focal element.

I started by stamping the rose and anemone part of the Bonny Blooms floral cluster on a watercolor paper panel. I then added the peony to the right upper corner of the panel. I stamped the images in Soft Cream to do no line coloring. I watercolored the floral cluster in soft and bright colors. I left the background uncolored for a clean look.

At first I thought about heat embossing the Jumbo Sentiment directly on the colored panel to cut and raise it. But I didn’t have the courage to do that. So I took a detour by using a vellum piece. I heat embossed the Jumbo sentiment on the vellum and cut it using the coordinating die. I also cut the same shape from the center of the colored panel and from a white fun foam.

I adhered the negative piece of the panel flat on a cardbase and placed the fun foam and the die cut part of the colored panel on it. Then I adhered the heat embossed sentiment on vellum on it. The thin sentiment is from Many Banners set. I stamped it in Grape Crush and added it to the center of the sentiment panel using foam tape. I scattered some Glass Slippers sequins and my card was finished!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you enjoyed looking my card!

Have a wonderful weekend!
