Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a great week so far!  It’s TaeEun here today with three cards I made using The Ton’s digital cut files.

I’ve created three cards. Two of them are a set made using Fresh Layered Dahlia Bundle SVG cut file and the third card was made using Diamond Layering Coverplate SVG cut files and Flower Cart set from our May 2019 Release.

Let’s take a look at the couple of cards for each of which I used positive and negative cuts of the coverplate cut from Fresh Layered Dahlia Bundle SVG cut files.  Using  Fresh Layered Dahlia Bundle SVG cut files you can create a beautifully shaded dahlia as it has three layers. But I used only the coverplate cut file and added it on a watercolored base.

To start off I cut the coverplate with the dahlia from Fresh Layered Dahlia Bundle SVG cut files from a silver cardstock. I also cut it from some white cardstock two more times.

I watercolored a Mixed Media paper panel using Color Burst. I used the coverplate cut as my guide so that I can color the dahlia in pink and the leaves and the background in green.

I stacked the coverplate cuts together and adhered it on the watercolored base layer. The hello sentiment was cut using hello word die from silver and black cardstock. I adhered the silver hello on the black one slightly offset and added it onto the card.

I finished off the card with some black, silver and clear sequins from Glossy Black sequins, New Year and Spotlight Couture Mix.

For the second card I used the silver pieces which were left from the cut I did for the first card.

I adhered the negative pieces on a black panel. I did it before I assembled the first card to use the coverplate cut as my guide. I mounted this black panel on a light gray cardbase.

I also cut a coverplate using Garden Foliage coverplate SVG cut file from some white cardstock and foam mounted it onto the card. The sentiment from Penned Sentiments set was white heat embossed on a strip of black cardstock and added to the card. To embellish the card I added some clear Dew Drops.

To create the last card I used Diamond Layering Coverplate as background for the Flower Cart.

I started off by stamping the flower cart, buckets of flowers, balloons and the sandwich board for the sentiment from Flower Cart set in Caviar hybrid ink on a white cardstock.

I colored all the images with Copic markers and fussy cut. I then started making the background. I cut the four layers of Diamond Layering Coverplate cut files from white cardstock. I stamped Scenes Parisian Cafe stamp on my light gray cardbase and Diamond layering coverplates except for the uppermost layer in Crystal Pewter and assembled them together.

I then arranged the images from Flower Cart onto the background as shown in the picture. I finished off the card by adding three Glass Slippers Round Confetti sequins.
