We named our mini blog hop this because there are only 3 blogs that are participating in this debut hop:
- Our Blog – The Season <———– YOU ARE HERE!
- Effie’s Blog – Stamper, Esq.
- Ruby’s Blog – A Rare Ruby
So the first stop is RIGHT HERE!

Our first card is a shaker card (we love shakers!) created from our Shoe Wardrobe Filled stamp set. For this card, we die cut the panel and the three windows using Lawn Fawns large rectangle stitched dies. We blended some color onto the edges of the panel using Black Soot distress ink and a mini ink blender. Then we stamped the Keep Calm sentiment onto the front of the card panel in Hero Hues black dye ink.

We then aligned the die cut panel and the card base to ensure that we accurately stamped inside the windows. Once we penciled in the windows onto the card base, we stamped the shelves from the Shoe Wardrobe Filled set and each respective pair of shoes in Hero Hues black dye ink.
Then we filled the windows with 5mm silver sequins, silver and black star confetti!
For our next card, we stayed with the distress inks but switched our stamp set to the Sketchy Menagerie. We blended Spiced Marmalade, Dried Marigold, Wild Honey and Mustard Seed distress inks onto the card panel. Then we spritzed some water onto the panel to create that awesome speckled look. After we let the panel dry, we die cut the stitching and the heart using Little B’s stitched heart dies.
We adhered the panel onto some Neenah Desert Storm kraft card stock and then heat embossed the steer skull from the stamp set into the negative space of the heart with some Liquid Platinum embossing powder. We used the “wild” sentiment from the same set (you make my heart go wild) and stamped that in the same black dye ink mentioned above. We finished off the card by gluing on some 8mm, 6mm and 4mm matte gold sequins.
We used the Vintage Frames and Sketchy Menagerie set to create our next set of cards. These are extremely BUSY cards due to the damask print backgrounds (Just Rite cling background stamps).

We stamped the background stamps directly onto the card base using My Favorite Things hybrid inks in Razzle Berry, Blu Raspberry and Red Hot. Then we stamped the frames separately in Hero Hues black dye ink on a separate paper. We also stamped some of the images from the Sketchy Menagerie set. We then fussy cut the frames and faux animal heads.

Next we stamped the sentiments onto the frames and then popped the frames up on foam tape onto the card base. Then we scattered some sequins onto the card to create even MORE interest. For the pink card, we used an assortment of metallic gold sequins (our shop has an already mixed packaged of these sequins).

For the blue damask card, we finished the card off with some sequins from the Evening Shoot Couture Mix.
For the red damask card, we added some vellum behind the frames to give them a softer edge agains the red.

For our last feature, we’re posting about our planner stamp set, Scheduled. The inline font is super couture and the icons in the set are so adorable! It has a cute Party bunting, stunnah shades and 8 water drops for you to keep track of your daily water intake.

Our Scheduled set also includes stamps for you to keep track of your vacays, staycays and brunch plans with your BFFs. Or need to schedule a shopping trip? Use the chic Little Brown Bag icon to notate that!

Thank you all for stopping by! Your next stop is Effie’s blog over at Stamper, Esq., so skip on over to her blog to see her cards!
Don’t forget, comment on all the blogs and follow us/like us on Instagram or Facebook to qualify for the fabulous statement necklace shown in the photo above, one stamp set of your choice and one entire set of all of our Couture Sequin Mixes!
