Jumbo Sentiment Cards

Hello, friends and happy hump day!! I hope you are all having a great week!! I get to meet my best friend for her birthday today!! We live about 5 hours apart and it’s been about 6 months since I’ve seen her, so I’m really looking forward to it!!

I have three cards to share with you today!! They all feature a sentiment from the Jumbo Sentiments Stamp Set with lots of other goodies from the newest release!!

Let’s get to it!!

For this one, I began by stamping the “thanks” from the Jumbo Sentiments Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Periwinkle Ink, then cut it out with the Coordinating Die. I stamped “so very much’ with Italian Denim Ink across the middle of the die-cut.

Next, I stamped the Vivid Peonies Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Periwinkle, Azurite, Italian Denim, Beach Blondie and Amber Citrine Inks, then cut those out with the Vivid Peonies Coordinating Die. The Blossom Branches were stamped onto white cardstock with Beach Blondie, Amber Citrine, Meadow, Spring Salad and Bubblegum inks. Those were also cut out with their Coordinating Dies. Then all I had to do was assemble the card! The peonies and branches were layered onto a white card base and the large sentiment die-cut was popped up with foam adhesive.

We are quickly approaching wedding season, so I thought I would make a wedding card to have on hand for my next card.

I began by stamping the “congrats” from the Jumbos Sentiments Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Noir Ink, then cut it out with the Coordinating Die. I also stamped the wedding sentiment onto white cardstock using the Many Banners Stamp Set and the same Noir Ink, then fussy cut that out. (There is a Coordinating Die Set available, but I don’t have it yet.)

For the background this time, I stamped the Grouped Fresh Garden Roses onto white cardstock with Whisper Pink, Bubblegum, Cherry, Matcha, Meadow and Spring Salad inks, then die-cut them with the Coordinating Die. I stamped the Blossom Branches onto white cardstock with Periwinkle, Azurite, Meadow, Spring Salad and Amber Citrine, then cut them out with their Coordinating Dies. I assembled this one the same way as the first. The roses and branches were adhered to a white card base. The sentiment die-cut and banner were popped up with foam tape for dimension.

Switching gears a bit, my next card is more masculine…perfect for Father’s Day!

For this one, I stamped “love” from Jumbo Sentiments onto white cardstock with Stormy Sea Ink and die-cut it with the Coordinating Die. “You” was stamped in the center with Wine Ink. “Happy Father’s Day”, from the Perfect Offspring Stamp Set was stamped onto a white cardstock strip with Wine Ink.

I went to my stash of cardstock and found colors that matched almost perfectly!! I cut the layers of the Gingham Plaid Layering Coverplate Dies from white, blue and wine cardstock and layered them over a white card base. Lastly, the large sentiment die-cut and sentiment strip were popped up with foam adhesive.

There you go!! Three different cards using the Jumbo Sentiments Stamp Set!! This set is extremely versatile and great for so many occasions!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great day!!!
