Hello – Coming Up Dahlias

Hello, sweet friends and happy Wednesday!! I hope your week is going well!! I am LOVING the warmer temperatures in the Midwest and with warmer weather comes FLOWERS!!! I just want to pull out ALL of my flower stamps!! For my card today, I pulled out a stamp from one of my favorite collections…the Coming Up Series!!

I began by heat embossing the beautiful dahlias in the Coming Up Dahlias Stamp Set onto bristol smooth cardstock with rose gold embossing powder. I watercolored the panel with Karin Brushpro Markers.

I die-cut the Rectangle A2 Frames Slim Borders Coverplate and Many Sentiments from metallic rose cardstock. I also die-cut “hello” three more times from white cardstock, then stacked and adhered them together with the rose die-cut on top.

I adhered the frame and layered sentiment as shown. I added a sprinkling of sequins from the Hot Cocoa and Summer Soiree Couture Mixes for a little sparkle and shine!!
