Round Foliage Window Duo

Hello, fellow crafters!! I hope you had a great weekend!!

I have a couple of cards to share with you featuring the Round Foliage Window Dies, as well as a few other recently released goodies!!

These were both created the same way, just using a couple of different sentiment sets.

I began by stamping the Ribbons General stamp set with Hollywood Star and Cosmopolitan Pink inks and the Ribbons Affirmations stamp set with Caribbean Turquoise and Hot Tourmaline inks. Then I cut them out with the Ribbons General and Ribbons Affirmations coordinating dies.

I die-cut the leaf dies in the Round Foliage Window Die Set from two panels of white cardstock. I colored the leaves and berries with Copic markers that matched closely with the ink colors that I used in the sentiments.

The Slimline Quilted Coverplate Die was die-cut from white cardstock, cut in half and adhered behind the leaf windows, then adhered to panels of pink and teal cardstock. (I LOVE that bit of color peeking through those little diamonds!!) The pierced circle, also included in the Round Foliage Window Die Set, was cut from the same teal and pink cardstock once and white cardstock four times. They were layered and adhered together in sets of three with the colored cardstock on top, then adhered to the card panel.

“You are”, from the Ribbons Affirmations stamp set, was stamped directly onto the card front with Caribbean Turquoise ink. The die-cut sentiments were adhered with foam adhesive.

A sprinkling of Glass Slipper Sequins in a diagonal on each of the cards adds a little sparkle and shine!

Thanks so much for joining me today!! Have a great week!!

Brenda
