Happy New Year, crafty friends!!! Hope you’re having a great day! It’s TaeEun here with a bright and cheerful New Year’s card! I made a rainbow floral wreath using the Cascade Bits grouped layering stamp set.
Let’s start off the new year with a bright vibe 🙂 !
I started by stamping the Cascade Bits images in rainbow colors. The ink colors I used are listed below.
- Pink: Hollywood Star, Grand Fuchsia
- Red: Red Sangria hybrid, Plum Wine
- Orange: Peach Blossom, Coralline hybrid
- Yellow: Lemon Drop, Amber Citrine
- Green: Soft Garden, Bright Fern
- Blue: Cali Blue, Azurite
- Purple: Soft Amethyst, Iris Blooms
- Stem: Warm Hazelnut
After stamping I die cut them all using the coordinating die and set them aside.
For a simple background I cut a light gray cardstock using the A2 Grid coverplate die, layered it with one more die cut piece and adhered it on a white cardbase.
I then arranged the rainbow wreath on the card as shown in the picture. Along with the die cut florals I also used a few branches which were die cut from some white cardstock using the Leafy Bits coverplate die.
The sentiment was cut using Many Sentiments Holiday die set. I layered three white die cut sentiments and added black shadow layers to them. To finish off the card I scattered a few Glass Slippers sequins.
Thank you so much for looking! Hope you like my rainbow New Year’s card! It was fun to make ❤ !
Wishing you all a happy and healthy year ahead!

Fabulous card! I really enjoy reading your detailed posts. I know it must take you a long time to type up all the details on what products you used and how you used them. I greatly appreciate all of these details. I’m sure I am not the only one who is appreciative of your posts.
Have a Happy New Year!
