Hello everyone and Happy Friday!  Hope you’re all doing well!  It’s TaeEun here today with a fresh floral card! I used some of the new Grouped Fresh floral stamps and Holiday Coffee dies! Hope my card can brighten your day! 

I started off by cutting the Holiday Coffee from some heavyweight white cardstock. I didn’t use the cream die, instead I used the cap and also cut the straw ( candy cane ).

I cut the body of the cup from some cardstock on which I adhered the Wildflowers washi tape. The border of the cap and the second layer of the straw were ink blended in Hollywood Star. I then assembled the Holiday Coffee cup together and set it aside.

For the background I colored a Canson mixed media paper panel in Peony, Orchid and Cerulean Blue Color Burst and cut it using the largest die from the Scalloped Nested A2 die set. I foam mounted the background panel on a white cardbase and added the cup using some foam tape.

The Grouped Fresh Peonies and Grouped Fresh Dahlias were stamped and cut using the coordinating dies. The colors I used are listed below.

• Pink flower: Ballet Slippers, Hollywood Star, Cosmopolitan Pink hybrid
• Blue flower: Cali Blue, Azurite, Deep Sapphire
• Purple flower: Soft Amethyst, Iris Blooms, Grape Crush
• Leaves: Soft Garden,  Bright Fern, Deep Emerald

I also cut some leaves using Leafy Bits Coverplate die from some white cardstock and arranged my bouquet as shown in the picture. The sentiment is from Easy Expressions Birthday stamp set. I stamped “you” in Azurite and the rest in Noir and cut it using the coordinating coverplate die. 

I finished off the card  with a few Glass Slippers sequins. 

It’s great to see that the splash of bright colors in the background gives the card a cheerful look! Hope you enjoyed looking my card!
