Hello, crafty friends and happy Wednesday!!
Some sports have started broadcasting on television again and my hubby is a sports nut (especially hockey)!! So, I had some extra time one evening and decided to do some coloring on the Story Rose stamp set!!

I began by stamping the Story Rose stamp set and the outlines of the Bountiful Leaves onto white cardstock with Vanilla Frosted Cupcake Ink. I did some no-line coloring with Copic markers and added some detail with colored pencils, then fussy cut the rose image (the Story Rose Die is available, but I don’t have it) and die-cut the leaves with the Bountiful Leaves Dies.
I cut a matching panel of cardstock with the largest Double Stitched Rectangle A2 Nested Dies and white heat embossed it with the Modern Plaid Cling Background Stamp.

I added a couple of rectangle die-cuts that were cut from frosted silver cardstock using the Rectangle A2 Frames Slim Borders Coverplate. The rose and leaves were adhered as shown.
For the sentiment, the Easy Expressions Birthday stamp set was white and silver heat embossed, cut out with the Coordinating Die, then popped up with foam adhesive. I added some Dew Drop Clear Enamel Dots for the finishing touch!!

That’s it!! I must admit, I don’t mind some of the sports coming back to television if it means that I get more crafty time…ha!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Enjoy the rest of your week and I’ll see you soon!!
