Hello, friends!! I hope your week is off to a great start!! It’s been super hot here, so I’ve been spending A LOT of time in my craft room!!

The Anemone Spray Die is one of my favorites from the July Die Release!! I am also crushing on the pink and mint green color combo right now!!

I began by die-cutting the Anemone Spray three times from regular cardstock, once from silver glitter paper and once from Bristol smooth cardstock. Before pulling the die-cut from the die when I cut it from Bristol, I placed some tape on the back to hold those pieces together. I watercolored the background panel and splattered it with diluted gouache once it was dry.

I also watercolored the inside pieces of the anemone and leaves that were cut from the Bristol paper. I stacked all of die-cuts and adhered them together, with the silver glitter on top. Then it was adhered to the background panel. I then adhered all of the inside pieces of the anemone and leaves to the background. The sentiment was die-cut from white cardstock twice and silver glitter paper once using the Tall and Skinny Alphas Coverplate Die. They were stacked together and adhered to the lower right corner. A few Dew Drop Clear Enamel Dots finish off the card.
