Hi there creative peeps. Vera here today. Happy 1st of July. As crazy as 2020 been, I am pretty amaze that the first half of the year already passed. Time really flies, doesn’t it?
Anyway, I am bringing you a fun inspiration on behalf of The Ton. I am showcasing the gorgeous Lovely Peony Layering dies.

I started by die-cutting all the layers from a piece of white cardstock and then coloring the layers using Bright Emerald, Caribbean Turquoise and Hot Tourmaline. For the leaves I used Soft Garden & Bright Fern. This is my favorite way of coloring layered die-cut pieces. I just love the color gradient achieved by doing it this way.
Except for the very top layer, I die-cut it from colored cardstock. Then I put them all together. Next, I die-cut a rectangle frame using Double Pierced Rectangle A2 Coverplate and I used the second of the largest frame.

Next, I adhere the layered flower with foam adhesive. For the sentiment I used one from Easy Expressions stamp & dies that I saved from my last project for The Ton.

Finished by adding a few mixed size dew drops. I love the way this card turned out, maybe because I get to use one of my favorite color?? Hah… I was going to say my favorite color, but then I realize I have more than 1 favorite color. 😉
Well peeps, hope you enjoy today’s card I know it’s been a weird, crazy time, however I wish you all a wonderful July and that you can find something in good every day. Hugs…
