Merry Christmas!

Hello and Happy Monday, everyone! It’s TaeEun here sharing a Christmas card today. I’ve made this card using some Fall colors to try something different :)!

I started off by gold heat embossing the gift boxes from Holiday Trio stamp set. I colored the three boxes in Olive Jade, Harvest Moon from Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens and a yellow Wink of Stella pen. I also colored the bows in the same colors like the boxes very lightly.

I masked the bows and stamped small images from Folk Art Christmas Tree stamp set on the gift wrap. I stamped a branch in Everglade Moss on the green box, a small poinsettia on the orange box in Peach Blossom and holly leaves on the yellow box in Soft Garden. I fussy cut the Holiday Trio image and set it aside.

To create the background I heat embossed the Christmas Sweater set on a cream shimmer cardstock in a white pearl embossing powder. I ink blended the bottom of the panel in Peach Blossom and Everglade Moss and cut it using a Double Stitched Rectangle die. I added a strip of gold glitter paper on the panel and foam mounted it on a cream cardbase. I then adhered the gift boxes on it using some foam adhesives.

The sentiment from Holiday Trio stamp set was gold heat embossed on a strip of white cardstock. I stamped the small poinsettias from Folk Art Christmas Tree set in Peach Blossom and the holly leaves in Everglade Moss and Soft Garden on a piece of white cardstock, fussy cut them all and added them to the center of the bows. I finished off the card with small red hearts from Sugar Cookie Couture Mix which I added to the small images on the bows, and some Medallion Gold sequins.

Wishing you all a blessed holiday season!
