Hello, friends & happy hump day!! I loved the color combination that I shared on last week’s post so much that I wanted to create another card using it!!
I started by gold heat embossing the butterflies from the Sunny Folk Garden stamp set onto Bristol paper. I watercolored them with Zig Clean Color Markers and fussy cut them out. For the background, I used a couple of Copic refills and isopropyl alcohol on Yupo paper.
Once the background was dry, I used the two largest Double Stitched Rectangle Dies (Lg) to cut the panel. I matted the smaller panel with blue cardstock and mounted it onto the larger one with craft foam. The butterflies were adhered only at the center, allowing the wings to pop up.
The sentiment was gold heat embossed onto a strip of blue cardstock and a trio of Medallion Gold Sequins were added for some shine!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
Absolutely INCREDIBLE!
