Photo taken against our White Paint Backdrop Board
Hello and welcome back, everyone!! I have a new card and video as well as a promotional free gift with purchase. Scroll down for all the details.
For today’s project, I used our new Today’s Cosmos, 6×6 Photopolymer stamp set.
I started off by embossing the blooms and leaves from our Today’s Cosmos onto watercolor paper using our Rose Gold Embossing Powder. Then I watercolored the florals using a combination of Peony, Gamboge and Wisteria Color Bursts. For the leaves, I used Turquoise Color Bursts.

Once my panel was painted, I stamped our sentiment (from the same stamp set) with our Plum Wine dye ink. Then I mounted the panel onto a top folding A2 base and embellished the card using our Glass Slippers Sequins.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project! I love the big blooms in this set. The large blooms make it easy to create a project (and they’re so easy and fun to color)!
Thanks for stopping by, everyone!

GORGEOUS work, Effie! I do the same thing as your mother! LOL I HATE to cover up the GORGEOUS FLORALS! 😉 I CAN’T WAIT to play with my new Cosmos Flowers! 😉

Beautiful card – the flowers are not at all listless with the sequin additions. And I agree with both Becky and your mom – I hate covering up beautiful flowers – doesn’t make any sense to me!
