Hello and welcome back! I have a new holiday card and process video using our Blizzard Hugs and Pop Up Poinsettia dies for today.
Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Channel for more inspiration! I update our channel on a weekly basis!
I started off by embossing the largest snowflake from our Blizzard Hugs onto black cardstock using silver glitter embossing powder. Then I partially die cut the negative space inside the snowflake using the coordinating die. I left the left edge of my snowflake and panel intact by leaving a portion of the panel out of the die cutting sandwich before running the die sandwich into my machine.
Once I extracted the die cut out of the snowflake, I white heat embossed the sentiment and then added stitching to the edges of my panel using the largest die from our Double Stitched Rectangles Large die collection.
Next, I adhered some of our Silver Ribbed Glitter Adhesive Paper behind my snowflake window (onto a cardbase) and then I mounted my panel onto the base. I finished my card front with some Clear Rhinestones as embellishments. Lastly, I assembled my Pop Up Poinsettia inside my cardbase to complete my holiday card! Watch the youtube video above for assembly instructions which begins at 3:06 minutes.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you all enjoyed my video. Be sure to stop by on Saturday morning for our Fall 2018 Release Blog Hop! We have guests joining our team to showcase our 12 new stamps and dies! You can also head to this post for more details on our new release!
