Hi peeps! How’s it going? Vera here today to bring you a couple projects using some sets from the latest release.
Let’s start with this Poinsettia beauty from Coming Up Poinsettias set.
Yep, if you have followed me for a while, you know I like to do non traditional colors. For this card I use one of my favorite color combo. Light teal , green & gray. Once I stamped, die cut and colored the image, I adhere it to the card base with foam tape.
Then I cut a strip of soft blue cardstock and stamp it with sentiment from Cozy Poinsettias set. Add a bit of sparkle by adding a strip of Silver Glitter Foil, cause after all Christmas card always more festive with a bit of sparkle, don’t you think? Adhere the strip to the card base and finished by adding some mixed size dew drops.
Now, if my 1st card is using soothing color, for my next card I went with bolder colors.
This is a pretty fast card to do. Great for mass production. I stamped the image from Wonderland Print sets in Caribbean Turquoise, Soft Garnet & Italian Denim. Love how easy it is to line up the images on this set. Stamped the sentiment in Noir and add some sequins mix. Adhere the panel to the card base and that’s it.
I know it’s only the end of September, but it’s not to early to think of making Christmas cards. Caring Hearts Card Drive will starts next week and The Ton is one of the generous sponsor for the card drive. You can check out the card drive detail on my blog next week.
Well peeps, that’ all from me today. May your weekend starts off in a good way. Cheers….
Love those colors Vera! They’re beautiful. Have a great weekend, even though there’s supposed to be more rain.
