Hi all!!! Brenda, here with you today!!! I hope you had a fantastic weekend!!!
I have a summery card to share with you today featuring the Beautiful Bettas & Coordinating Die set…
I began by stamping each of the fish with several of The Ton’s beautiful ink colors. The largest fish was stamped with Peach Blossom, Coralline & Valentine Red. Cali Blue, Parisian Blue & Azurite were used on the medium fish. The smallest one was stamped in shades of purple…Soft Amethyst, Iris Blooms & Grape Crush. After stamping the final color on each fish, the image was sprinkled with clear embossing powder and heat set, creating some areas that really catch the light. The fish were then cut out with the Coordinating Dies. The seaweed was stamped with Bright Emerald and also cut out with the Coordinating Dies. For the background panel, I chose a pale blueish green cardstock and stamped it with the waves stamp from Mermaid Vibes with Hampton White Pigment Ink. The two largest dies from the Double Stitched Rectangle Dies (Large) were used to create a frame from white cardstock. A couple of pieces of the seaweed were attached flat to the background, while the other seaweed, fish & frames were popped up with foam adhesive. The sentiment, also from Beautiful Bettas, was heat embossed in white onto black cardstock and then fussy cut. Some Mixed Dew Drops create the perfect bubbles. A drop of Onyx Black Nuvo Drops on the eye of the largest fish was the final step!
Thanks so much for stopping by!!! Have a wonderful week!!!
