Summer Butterflies

Hello Everyone! It’s Anna here today with a couple cards to share with you.
Here is my first card I made using beautiful floral stamps from The Ton and new Butterfly Swirl Die.

I started off by stamping an image from Coming Up Dahlias on a white cardstock in Caviar, colored it with Copic markers and fussy cut it out. To create the background, I made two card panels. I ink blended Ballet Slippers Dye on the first one. Then, I ink blended Crystal Pewter on the second one and cut the panel using Butterfly Swirl Die. I adhered the first panel on a white card base and foam mounted the second panel on it.

Next, I ink blended Arctic Sky Dye on the stripe of white cardstock and cut ‘Thank’ using Bold General Greeting Word Plate Dies from it. (I cut ‘Thank’ using these dies from silver glitter cardstock as well).
Lastly, I adhered beautiful flower and sentiment on my card and stamped ‘You’ in Noir.

My second card features Butterfly Wings – Swallowtail stamps and Pop-Up Butterfly Dies – Swallowtail.

At first, I stamped Butterfly Wings – Swallowtail on a watercolor paper with Versamark Ink and heat embossed them in Glitter Gold. I colored the butterfly wings using Holbein watercolors. I made background by stamping Anemone Garden Cling Background onto the white cardstock in Warm Hazelnut. Then, I adhered the butterfly on the card. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark Ink onto a stripe of black cardstock and heat embossed in Glitter Gold.

I put a large Swallowtail pop-up butterfly inside of the card. I cut the butterfly from a gold glitter paper using Pop-Up Butterfly Dies – Swallowtail. To make the second layer of the wings, I ink blended Caribbean Turquoise Dye and Parisian Blue on a vellum and cut out them.

    GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SMITTEN by your floral stamps & dies, and I am quickly being smitten by your butterfly stamps & dies too! 😉 LOVE the GORGEOUS BLUE butterfly & the gold pop-up butterfly inside!!! 😉 SUPER JOB ON BOTH of these GORGEOUS CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉
