Your Next Stamp

wc wreath blue duo

For my post, I made two cards and videos using our Watercolor Bouquet and Watercolor Wreath Stamps! I stamped and colored one panel and sliced it diagonally to create two cards.

Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Channel for more inspiration! I update our channel on a weekly basis!

I started off by stamping a background pattern using our Watercolor Bouquet stamp set in our Miami Cool Dye Ink. Then I colored in the background using color pencils. I added blue, dark pink and green accents for a bright and beautiful background panel. I sliced it in half and used the larger panel for my first card.

I stamped a rustic wood background using our Buildable Woodgrain layering stamp using our Crystal Pewter and Smoky Quartz Dye Inks. I only stamped about 2/3 of my panel since the bottom half would be covered by my bouquet panel.

Next I created a silver glitter and navy strip to adhere behind my bouquet panel. Next I mounted that onto my woodgrain panel. Then I heat embossed the beautiful wreath from our Watercolor Wreath onto navy cardstock using silver glitter embossing powder. I embossed my sentiment at the same time and then die cut the wreath using the coordinating die. Then I mounted the wreath and sentiment using foam tape.

For my second card, I used my remaining stamped bouquet piece.

I started off by white heat embossing our Peony Terrace stamp onto a top folding A2 horizontal cardbase. Then I adhered the bouquet sliced panel onto the left side of my base. I added a silver accent strip for some bling. Then I stamped a gorgeous frame from our Modern Labels set in our Ocean Teal Dye Ink. Next I stamped the sentiment from our Large Peony 4 set in our Miami Cool Dye Ink. Lastly, I die cut the label/frame using the coordinating die and then mounted it onto my base to complete my card.

Anyone who has ever stood behind me in line for ice cream knows that it is agony waiting for me to choose. But I think I would go with Pretty Plumeria. They’re such gorgeous flowers and so few people have done stamps of them! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cards. The blue reminds me a bit of certain Scandinavian china, which works really well in combination with the stamp you used. Thanks also for being so generous and supporting Kathy and the challenge. The crafty community is a delightful place to be!

Love your cards, especially as I have the Watercolor Bouquet and Peony Background. Another way to play with them! My wishlist is quite long, but high on my list are both Nesting Peonies and the Blooming Peony Garden Cling.
Lately, I’ve been enjoying the Daisy Duet. It’s so easy and fun to color and makes an impressive card.
Thanks for the opportunity to win something. Love your videos, too: good length and always with an interesting technique. Keep up the good work!

I think I am in LOVE! ❤ I didn’t know about your company before (I must be living in a cave in outer space)! First of all, your two example cards are gorgeous! Secondly, while browsing your site for a possibility of winning three stamp sets I was SO IMPRESSED! ! ! Not only do you have an amazing variety of stamps, you also have coordinating die……woohoo! Can ya tell I’m so not I to fussy cutting? And the videos included with the stamp sets were so very helpful! And the incredible “extras” included with any of your animal stamps is unbelievable! Selecting three stamp sets was REALLY difficult, but here goes…….1. Daisy Duet (my favorite flower and very difficult to find those stamps)!….2. Country Rose Cluster, gorgeous! ……3. Pretty Mail (not only would this make beautiful cards, but it could be used on envelopes also)! And lastly, I was super excited to see your amazing dies, primarily the assortment of LARGE words and lots of background plate dies. Needless to say, I was just blown away by your website…….now to save my pennies!!! Thank you very much for your generous sponsorship of this blog hop!!! 💗
