Hi everyone! Effie here again with another project and video. For today’s card, I used our Peony Crush Cling Background stamp.

I started off by heat embossing this large stamp onto an A2 cardstock panel with our Rose Gold Embossing Powder.  Then I chose a jewel tone palette for my inks to blend onto this background. For my colors, I used Hollywood Star Dye (but I went over it with Cosmo Pink Hybrid later on), Beach Blondie Dye, Peach Blossom Dye, Coralline Hybrid, Soft Amethyst Dye and Cali Blue Dye inks. I had so much fun choosing this color palette. It was also a nice break from watercoloring (but not for too long- I’ll be back with a painting video soon)!

After I finished blending my panel, I added stitching to the edges with the largest die in our Double Stitched Rectangles (large) die set.

Next I stamped my sentiment (which came from our Sunnies set) onto navy cardstock using our Hampton White Pigment Ink. I trimmed by sentiment panel into a strip and created an additional sentiment accent strip using our Burnished Rose Gold Foil Tape.

I adhered my sentiment strip onto my blended panel and then embellished my card with our Clear Rhinestones in our 3, 4 and 5mm sizes.
