Hello everyone! I’m back with another project and video using our Bokeh Burst Round and Wild Peonies stamp sets.
I started off by Rose Gold embossing the large burst stamp from our Bokeh Burst Round set on a white card panel. Then I embossed the outline images of the peony and leaves (except that one solid leafy image). Then I colored in the outline images with zig markers. For the peony, I used Sugar Almond Pink and Peach Pink. For the greens, I used May Green, Cobalt Blue and Marine Green.
After I colored everything in, I die cut the florals and burst with the coordinating dies. Next I added stitching to the Burst panel using the largest die from our Double Stitched Rectangles (Small) set. I was left with a nice thin frame which I set aside for another project. Next I blended some Caribbean Turquoise Dye Ink onto an A2 side folding base and then adhered the Burst panel onto the base. Next I popped up the sentiment and peonies over my die cut window and finished off the card by adding some Clear Drops in 7mm and 5mm sizes. I went for a scattered look with the drops.
Hope you enjoyed today’s card and video! Thanks for stopping by!
