Hi peeps! How’s it going? Vera here. It is my turn to share a project here.
When it comes to The Ton stamps, my weakness is their flower sets. And, to think that when I first started stamping, I used to find flower stamp intimidating. I love them, but found them a challenge to work with. Boy, I sure have changed quite a bit since then. Hah!
For today, I want to share this card I made using Morning Glory Border Cling Background stamp.
I first stamped the image directly on watercolor cardstock and heat embossed it using Rose Gold Embossing Powder. Then, I added the butterflies from Beautiful Butterflies 3 and heat embossed that as well. Once that done, I went to town watercoloring the panel using Kuretake watercolor marker.
Let the panel dry. For the sentiment, I used this beautiful sentiment from Graceful Rose set. Finish by adding some mixed size dew drops. I love, love, love using dew drops with flower image.
You know, another thing that I find ironic while making this card? I used to think that purple is a hard color to work with! I guess, we all grow & evolve as time goes, huh? Well, I hope you enjoy this card & may your Thursday be a lovely one. Cheers….
So beautiful!!
