December Guest Designer: Amy Tsuruta

Hi all, it’s Amy Tsuruta again!  I’m back with another project.  It’s my final post as a guest designer and I wanted to do a big shout out to Effie!  Thank you so much for inviting me to play this month.  I had so much fun!  Let’s get to my project, shall we?

I have to be honest, I still haven’t sent out my holiday cards yet.  So I was in search of a fun design and decided to ink up the Darling Flamingos Set.

I managed to use 6 different colored ink pads on this!  I love those flamingos and how they magically transform as you add each layer.  The Merry Christmas is from the Mistletoe Kisses set.  I didn’t want the Let’s Flamingle to get lost in the design so instead of stamping it underneath the Merry Christmas, I stamped it below the trio of flamingos.

I don’t know about you, but I think plaid and glitter makes everything fun and festive!
