November Guest Designer: Stephanie Klauck

Hi everyone, it’s Stephanie here with a card to share using some of the amazing new stamps with the Haute Wedding Dress stamp set. I love the Haute Wedding Dress stamp set because there are so many fun ways to color and embellish the dress. I love thinking of fun new ways to dress it up to make it look unique every time. For today’s card I went way out of the box and coloured the dress with a galaxy design. 😉

I stamped the image on Strathmore Toned Gray paper and coloured it in with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I am having so much fun experimenting with my colored pencils and this dress is the perfect canvas. I love how how this dress turned out even though it is a little wild lol!

I stamped the Grand Stairway background onto a white cardstock panel with Versamark ink and then I heat embossed it with silver embossing powder. I trimmed it down so it would fit on the card base with a small border and then I adhered the stamped image on top. I wanted it to kind of look like she was coming down the stairs so I adhered it to the panel, letting it overlap the bottom left corner and then trimmed off the excess.

I stamped a sentiment from the City Girls: Retail Therapy stamp set onto white cardstock, trimmed it down and adhered it onto the card front. I then added the panel to a grey card base and finished it by adding clear sequins.
