Hello everyone! Happy Monday and hope you had a wonderful weekend! Mayline here with you today with a shaker card. Do you notice when you see this card? I didn’t use stamp at all. This time I used only dies to create this shaker card. I used three dies: Double Stitched Rectangle Dies, Hello Hummingbird Coordinating Die, and Hello Word Die. OK! Let’s take a look at how to make this card!
To start off, I die cut the black cardstock panel with the second largest dies from our Double Stitched Rectangle dies. Then I used Hello Hummingbird Coordinating Die for my shaker window. And I added acetate and foam tape on the bird shape window to create the shaker frame. set aside.
I prepared A2 sized top folding black cardbase. And I cut Adhesive Glitter Paper – Glossy Fine Gold and adhere it at the bottom of cardbase. Next I filled the shaker window with a variety of sequins, including Glass Slipper, Medallion Gold, Mini Stars – Gold, Mini Stars – Green, Mini Stars – Purple, Bright Garnet Long Bugle Beads, and Hot Silver Bugle Beads. After filling up my shaker, I adhered the shaker panel to the black cardbase.
The next step was to cut the word “Hello” using the Hello Word Die. I started with the Adhesive Foil Paper – Holo Pink and Adhesive Foil Paper – Bright Blue, then die cut the word. And I glued them together and adhered it down on the card panel.
I hope you all enjoyed. Thank you for stopping by
