It’s Justine again, guest designing today for The Ton. I’m super excited to be back with my first Christmas cards of the season (I’m seriously not over Fall leaves and all those great stamps yet though)! Today I will be using three sets from The Ton to create three clean and simple Christmas cards: Holiday Cones, Scripty Holiday Greetings, and Fresh Cut Poinsettias.
This amazing layering stamp Fresh Cut Poinsettias, provides this gorgeous candle. There is so much you can do with it – stamp it in your favourite colours or stamp it in purple and pink for Advent. I stamped some sprigs from the Holiday Cones over top of the candle to make it look like a wreath and topped it off with a sentiment from the Scripty Holiday Greetings set and some embellishments.
Also from Fresh Cut Poinsettias, I used the poinsettia stamp and stamped it in three different colours – the last being a red-brown colour to really make it pop. I mounted my panel onto some silver matte adhesive back paper I topped it off with a sentiment from the Scripty Holiday Greetings set and some embellishments.
This last card is quite similar to the previous card, except I decided to do an elegant white on white look for it and top it off with gold embellishments. See how a lack of paper and a classic gold colour makes it stand out while the silver one looks more blingy?
I hope you enjoyed these three Christmas cards and I will be back for my last post next Saturday.
