For this post I made two bright cards. I actually had only planned the one, but then I saw a picture of a map on a striped background and thought “Oh my God! That is such a perfect card with the awesome Floral World stampset” – So I made an extra. Ha ha…
For this card I used the Large Peony 2 stamp. It’s just so great. I love a big flower. I did mix it up with the colouring though. Instead of colouring with shadows and a more realistic take – I mixed it up to give it a more random puzzle-ish look (I know – that was such a great explanation ha ha).
And the map card. I used the broad end of the Copic markers to make the stripes and then I heat embossed the Floral World. I feel like making this card in a green version, a blue one, a purple one…. Those stripes can make the map pop in a cool way I think. I also want to do the embossing in gold and silver and ….
I went all in on sequins this week to make them a bit more glittery/sparkly because I feel like The Ton Stamps are such an elegant, girly brand – and every girl needs their sparkle!

Both of these are so gorgeous Maria!! Even without triangles I know this is yours as you always use the perfect mix of complimenting colours in different shades. Your flower is stunning and the blue shades of stripes in the background are heavenly.
