Stripes, Polka Dots, and Peonies!

Good morning!  Jess here with a pair of cards showing off our floral stamps with some of our fun background pattern stamps!

I stamped the Loose Peonies onto a piece of watercolor paper, colored them with zig markers, and cut them with my ScanNCut.

For the first card I stamped the Polka Dot background stamp onto white cardstock with Noir ink.  Once that was totally dry I stamped the sentiment from the Brushed Hello stamp set over the polka dots with versamark and heat-embossed it with gold embossing powder.  I layered the peonies over the panel and used a combination of foam mounting tape and regular adhesive to adhere the peonies to the card.

I repeated the process for my second card but I used the Haute Stripes background stamp and the Brushed Thanks sentiment set!  I like the stark black and white with the gold, pink, and green!  Unfortunately I should have lowered the ‘just saying’ so it wasn’t halfway over a black stripe….oops!

Thanks so much for visiting and have a wonderful day!
