Good morning friends^—^Eunji here. How are you today?I hope you have a great day. Today I’m sharing a floral card using our Fresh Cut Orchid stamp set and Geometric Lattice Coverplate Die. So let’s get started!!
First I stamped an orchid and leaf image on cardstock (with from our Fresh Cut Orchid stamp set). Next I colored the flower and leaf with Carandache colored pencils. I chose a purple orchid because purple flowers look so unique. Then I drew in the orchid stem and buds.vIt is so easy. You should try out this technique if you have another layered stamp set. Next I fussy cut the orchid image without leaving a white border. Next I made the background. I used our Geometric Lattice Coverplate Die cut, I cut the cardstock in the center of the circle with our Double Stitched Circle Dies (Large) and die cut the cardstock with our Geometric Lattice Coverplate Die.Then I colored in the sky on another watercolor cardstock using watercolor paint. After I adhered the die cut paper on the watercolor cardstock. Lastly I adhered orchid image to the background with foam tape. Then I added the Fabulous die cut (which is from our Fabulous Word die) and some Yellow Belly Sequins – 10, 8, 6, 5, 4mm, Mixed.
I hope you enjoyed my card and that it has given you some inspiration today. Thank you all for stopping by. Hugs:)
