Hi all. Vera here for your middle of the week crafty inspiration!
No surprise here, we continue with my flower obsession. I can’t get away from it! For today’s card, I am combining my flower obsession with The Ton Geometric Coverplate die for my card base.
I die cut the geometric base twice to create an extra thickness. Layered them and adhere to the card base. Once that done, I stamped and heat embossed the peony from Large Peony 2 set on a patterned paper and fussy cut it. I know, it might sound weird, but sometime, I find fussy cutting relaxing. It allow my mind to unwind. It’s like free therapy. Crazy, huh?
With the fancy geometric base, I want to keep everything else clean and simple. The flower help soften the strong background and I don’t think the flower need much addition, so I simply finish my card with the sentiment from Timeless Icons Sentiment set.
Well peeps, that’s all from me today. Hope today’s card inspire you to play more with your stash of The Ton stamp. We love seeing your creations! May your hump day be a great one. Cheers….
