Hello! I’m here with a few cards and some basic cardmaking techniques. These were very quick and easy to make. I used Wild Peonies, Mini Wild Florals, and I Got You.

For the first card, I used Altenew’s yellow inks to stamp flowers and ferns from Wild Peonies and Mini Wild Florals. I did not do any masking. I just stamped. I stamped the sentiment with Versafine black ink and Delicata gold ink. I stamped one of the flowers on separate white cardstock with Altenew’s Warm Sunshine ink and then again with VersaMark. I heat embossed it with clear embossing powder to give it a glossy look. I fussy cut it and added it with foam tape so it would stand out.

For my next card, I used Altenew’s red, green, and black inks to stamp. From far away, they look like fruits. 🙂

These flowers are perfect for creating your own background. That’s what I did for my next background, using the softer two pinks and the softest green ink from Altenew. The sentiment was stamped in the middle and then die-cut with a rectangled stitched die. I die-cut a black piece and black fun foam to add behind it for dimension.

I did something very similar with the next card but did not die-cut the sentiment part.

For my last card, I used Mini Wild Florals and various Hero Arts inks, using second generation stamping so that the colors were really light. I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock with VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with WOW! Primary Fuchsia Fusion embossing powder. I used a small frame and clip that I had lying around. The ‘background’ was die-cut with WPlus9’s scalloped frame die from Sunshine Layers. I added it with foam tape over pink cardstock. All gilding can be found here. There are so many beautiful colors and combinations that can be found in stock at The Ton. We have new products we’ll be adding to the site next week. I’m really excited to share and can’t wait!

Here’s a look at all my cards.
